Mouthwatering Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 1/2 Tbsp. ground onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    6 bacon strips, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    6 hamburger rolls
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    In a small bowl combine cheese, mushrooms, bacon and mayonnaise; refrigerate.
    Grill burgers over medium hot coals for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
    During the last few minutes, spoon 1/4 cup of the cheese mixture onto each burger.
    Makes 6 servings.
