Ham And Egg Combo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1/4 c. flour
    pepper
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, Velveeta or American cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
    4 hard-boiled, sliced eggs
    English muffins or toast
Preparation
    Blend 1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing, 1/4 cup flour and dash of pepper.
    Gradually add 2 cups milk.
    Stir until thickened. Add 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar, Velveeta or American cheese (cubed) and 1/4 cup chopped onion.
    Heat until cheese melts.
    Then add 1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked ham and 4 hard-boiled eggs (sliced).
    Serve on toasted English muffins or toast.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    You can increase quantities and make double batch and also use 2 kinds of cheese.
