Vermicelli With Fresh Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped pinenuts (or walnuts)
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. large capers, drained and chopped
    2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
    2 tsp. chopped fresh sage
    1 tsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes, cut into fourths
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. vermicelli noodles
Preparation
    Mix oil, pinenuts, parsley, capers, rosemary, sage and basil. Stir in tomatoes. Cook vermicelli as directed on package; drain. Mix vermicelli and herb mixture. Serve with pepper.
