Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peeled, seeded, chopped in 1/2-inch dice tomatoes
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. 1/4-inch dice green pepper
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1/2 to 1 tsp. kosher salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. olive oil or garlic oil
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Stir tomato, onions, green pepper, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, salt, pepper, oil and cilantro together.
    Let sit for 10 minutes before serving at room temperature.
    Taste and adjust seasonings.
    Yield:
    1 cup (2 servings).
