Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    vanilla wafers
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla with electric mixer about 5 minutes.
    Line pans with midget baking cup papers.
    Put 1 heaping teaspoonful of crushed wafers into bottom of each cup. Press slightly; fill 3/4 full of cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool and top with pie filling.
