Southern Peanut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped, roasted unsalted peanuts
    1 (9-inch) crust, unbaked
Preparation
    In
    large
    bowl beat eggs until foamy.\tAdd sugar, corn syrup, butter,
    salt
    and
    vanilla;
    blend.
    Stir in peanuts. Pour into pie
    shell; bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes until set.
    Serve warm
    or cold.
    Try garnishing with whipped cream or ice cream, topped with peanuts.
