Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    approximately 1 1/2 to 2 lb. skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Simmer onion soup mix in 2 cups of water.
    Pour soup mix over 1 cup of rice.
    Place chicken breasts on top of rice.
    Cover with 2 cans of mushroom soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
