Momo Welch'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    approximately 3 c. flour, sifted
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat dough and add about 5 cups flour and knead in large bowl until stiff.
    Place in bowl and cover and let rise again (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
    Grease pans with cooking oil and pinch off and roll dough into balls.
    Cover and let rise double their size.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
