Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oatmeal.
    Let stand 20 minutes. Cream together
    butter,
    sugars and eggs.
    Add oatmeal mixture then dry ingredients.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
