Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen corn
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    pepper (white or black)
Preparation
    Mix corn, sugar and flour.
    Add eggs, milk, melted butter, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    I set the pudding in another pan with about 1 inch of water to bake.
    It forms a nice custard.
