Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. assorted green and red lettuce, torn
    1/2 c. Feta cheese
    1/4 c. ripe olives, sliced
    4 green onions, sliced
    2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1/2 cucumber, sliced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Arrange lettuce, olives, onions, cucumber, tomatoes and cheese on a platter.
    Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture over salad and serve.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
