German Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. unpeeled sliced cucumbers
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Let first 4 ingredients set 1 hour in refrigerator.
    Mix sugar, vinegar and celery seed.
    Drain salt from cucumber mixture. Pour sugar mixture over cucumbers. Chill 1 hour.
    May be kept 3 months in fridge.
    May be frozen in small container.
