Holiday Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tart apples, sliced
    1 c. cranberries
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    grated lemon rind
    9-inch pie pan with pie crust
Preparation
    Fill pie crust with fruit in order given.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with rind.
    Top with vented pie crust.
    Pinch edges closed.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until fruit is tender.
