Corn Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
1 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Combine milk with eggs and add to dry ingredients.
Add shortening and stir until blended.
Pour into breadstick pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
