Rhubarb Soft Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
1 1/4 c. white sugar
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sweet cream
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook until thick over low heat.
Bake crust, then pour in filling.
Cover meringue, using 3 egg whites.
Bake until brown.
