Corn And Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
3 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine corn, rice, pepper, olive and onion. Combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce and parsley.
Pour over corn mixture.
Cover and chill. (Can use dressing you buy from store.)
