Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

3 lb. chicken breasts, deboned
1 Tbsp. shoyu
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sherry
2 eggs
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oil
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a large bowl, marinate chicken with first three ingredients for at least 1 hour.
In a smaller bowl, prepare batter with eggs, cornstarch and baking powder.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Dip chicken in batter and fry until golden brown.
Remove and cool before slicing into 1 1/2-inch strips.
In a saucepan, heat chicken broth, cornstarch, salt and lemon juice.
Stir until mixture thickens.
Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with lemon slices.
