Italian Wedding Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. chicken
    1 medium onion
    2 stalks celery
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    2 medium carrots
    2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon
    2 tsp. Accent
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Romano cheese
    1 large head escarole
    2 cloves garlic
    oregano
Preparation
    Cut up\tchicken; put in 6 quart pot.
    Cover with water. Add whole, peeled onion, celery tops and salt to taste.
    Bring to boil; spoon residue from water. Remove chicken, debone, cut up and return
    to water. Add peeled and sliced carrot, sliced celery, chicken bouillon and Accent.
