Chicken Boursin(Creamy Cheese Filling) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and flattened
1 (4 oz.) container Boursin cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
fresh parsley
Preparation

Divide cheese into 4 parts and spread on middle of each breast.
Roll breast around cheese.
Dip roll in egg, then in bread crumbs.
Place in baking dish, seam side down.
Cover with melted butter. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally, at 350\u00b0.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
