Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium to large tomatoes, finely diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Ortega taco sauce (hot)
4 to 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In mixing bowl, place cream cheese and mix until soft with fork.
Then fold in sour cream and mix together.
(Mixture will be lumpy.)
Fold onto dinner size plate or tray and spread evenly to edges.
Then layer:
tomatoes, onion and green pepper on top. Next pour entire bottle of taco sauce over vegetables.
Then garnish with grated cheese.
Serve with taco or tortilla chips.
