Chicken With Leeks - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up into serving-size pieces
salt and pepper to taste
2 large cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1 sprig fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried
1 large bunch leeks, washed thoroughly and chopped
olive oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0
for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
