Party Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
    2 lemons or 1 small can lemonade (undiluted)
    5 bananas, mashed or blended
    2 c. orange juice
    6 c. water
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat sugar and water to dissolve.
    Cool.
    Add juices and bananas.
    May be frozen until ready to use.
    When ready to serve, mix 2 parts punch base to 1 part 7-Up.
    I store in freezer in 1/2 gallon milk cartons.
    Use 1/2 gallon punch to 1 quart bottle of 7-Up.
