Chicken Licken Good - cooking recipe

2 pieces chicken
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. onion soup mix
Preparation

Salt chicken; let stand 1 hour.
In the center of a 12-inch square of heavy foil, spread 1 tablespoon butter or margarine. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon onion soup mix.
Place chicken on butter and soup mix.
Sprinkle with remaining soup mix; dot with remaining butter.
Wrap airtight.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
