Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. uncooked peeled shrimp
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oil in large skillet until tender.
    Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Mix in shrimp. Heat 15 to 20 minutes longer on medium-low.
    Serve hot over rice. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
