Bishop'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 1/4 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. candied cherries, halved
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine Bisquick and sugar in large mixing bowl.
    In a separate bowl, combine egg, orange peel, orange juice and oil.
    Add to Bisquick and beat with wooden spoon until mixture is smooth.
    Stir in wheat germ, 2/3 cup chocolate chips, raisins, cherries and nuts.
