Franklin Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    5 to 6 c. pecans
    2 c. English walnuts
    1 c. black walnuts
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Beat egg whites; set aside.
    Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks and beat well.
    Gradually add sifted flour and vanilla; beat for 3 minutes.
    Then add egg whites while beating and add nuts. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 35 minutes in tube pan.
