Ham And Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. sour cream
    4 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. cooked ham
    1 1/2 c. cooked turkey
    2 Tbsp. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Melt butter. Stir in flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add milk and cream. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in remaining ingredients, except nuts. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Top with almonds. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
