Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 chicken breasts
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. green pepper
2 green onions
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. cooking sherry
Preparation

Heat margarine and oil in 425\u00b0 oven.
Coat chicken with flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
Bake 20 minutes and then turn.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Lower heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients and serve over rice.
