Eric Gwinns Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. boneless chuck roast, pork or deer
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. chopped celery
    8 oz. bottle ketchup
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in roasting pan. Cook 5 to 6 hours in 300\u00b0 oven. Meat will fall apart with fork.
