Texas Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. Betty Crocker white cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 c. powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
a little grated lemon rind
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water; let cool, stirring occasionally.
Mix together cake mix, Wesson oil, eggs and lemon extract.
Beat 2 minutes, then add jello.
Bake in sheet pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
