Cheesy Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small potatoes
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt (more if desired)
    1/2 tsp. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets until done.
    Peel and place in greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, cover with grated cheese.
    Place
    under
    broiler
    or in oven
    to
    melt
    cheese. Garnish with minced parsley and paprika
    just
    before serving. Serves 4.
