Skinny Strawberry Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 medium size frozen unsweetened strawberries (can freeze fresh, then use as needed)
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. vanilla flavored low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. sugar or sweetener to taste
Preparation
    Just Before Serving:
    In blender at high speed, blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve in tall glass. Makes 1 serving.
