Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix beaten eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    Pour into 5 ounce custard cups.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Set cups in a shallow baking pan.
    Pour boiling water around the cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
