Stella'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese (16 oz.)
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Blend Ricotta and cream cheese in a bowl.
    Add sugar to the mixture gradually, continuously mixing.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, flour, cornstarch and melted butter.
    Blend until smooth, then add the sour cream and blend again.
    Pour into a 9-inch greased spring-form pan.
    Put cake into cold oven, then bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Turn off oven and let cake stay in oven for 2 more hours until the oven is cool.
    Remove and place on a rack.
    Do not open oven door once cake is inside.
