Jewish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/3 c. orange juice
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
6 to 7 apples, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can pie sliced apples
Preparation

Put half of mixture from large bowl in well-greased angel food pan.
Add most of apples, then the rest of mixture and then remaining apples on top of this.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Cake will come out plain looking.
