Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. chopped spinach or broccoli
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach or broccoli.
    Simmer onion in oleo until tender.
    Cool.
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Chill 1 hour or overnight.
    Make into 1-inch balls (about 36).
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until set.
    May be frozen and reheated.
