Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins
3 c. flour

Preparation

Add and mix ingredients in order listed.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
Good served with a dollop of whipped cream.
