Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. tart apples
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Peel, slice and place apples in a pie pan.
Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
Spread mixture over mounded apple slices.
Bake 40 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
