Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) pie crusts
5 c. fresh blueberries or 1 pkg. frozen blueberries, thawed
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Rinse and drain blueberries.
Put into bowl and add sugar, flour, salt and lemon peel; toss lightly.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Drizzle lemon juice over filling.
Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust.
Seal and flute edges.
Prick top crust with fork. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cool.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
