Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. finely chopped, peeled apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix the oil and sugar well. Add the eggs, one at a time.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Oil and flour a Bundt pan and bake 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven or in muffin tins for 20 to 25 minutes.
