Orange And Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce
    oranges
    pineapple
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Arrange the crisp lettuce.
    Cut the oranges in sections.
    If you skin the orange with a very sharp knife and cut away the pith, you can then cut each section of orange without using the skin. Arrange on the lettuce.
    Serve with French dressing.
    Add diced pineapple and finely chopped egg white to garnish.
