Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    apples
Preparation
    Pare and slice enough apples to fill medium pan within 1 inch of top.
    Blend sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.
    Mix in flour sifter the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add egg and butter.
    Blend a little cinnamon with the flour mixture.
    Spread mixture over top of apples and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
