Estelle'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chick
    1/2 c. Progresso bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Form a loaf on a large sheet of heavy-duty foil, bringing sides of foil up to make a fold.
    Seal edges and put in a pan or on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Last 10 minutes, open foil to brown meat loaf.
    Serves 8 to 10 persons.
