Mexican Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 onion, grated or chopped
    2 small jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 red or yellow pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 can creamed corn
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients and bake 15 minutes in lightly greased muffin pans.
    (Jalapeno peppers may be left out for those who cannot \"take the heat\".)
