Scratch Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks in small bowl.
    Beat in milk and cooking oil. In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add egg mixture to flour and stir until well blended, but slightly lumpy.
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
    Carefully fold egg whites into flour mixture.
    Pour batter into greased waffle iron.
    Can be frozen and popped into toaster for quick breakfast.
