Blueberry Loaf Cake(It Has Excellent Texture And Contains No Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add beaten egg until
    thick.
    Add orange rind.
    Stir in orange juice. Add to
    dry
    ingredients.
    Add
    blueberries
    and
    mix lightly. Turn into greased loaf
    pan

    for
    about 50 minutes until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
    Turn out on wire rack and cool.
    Store in tightly
    covered
