Banana Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    1 pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries (coarsely chopped)
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients, set aside.
    Cream together butter and sugar until light.
    Beat in egg.
    Add rind and cranberries.
    Stir in milk and banana.
    Stir in dry ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours (test after 1 hour).
