Pelican Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple - save juice
    6 oz. cream cheese, diced
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Layer crushed pineapple, diced\tcream cheese and marshmallows in baking dish.
    Mix sugar and flour together, stir in pineapple juice and beat in egg.
    Cook mixture slowly, boil until very thick, stirring to keep from sticking.
    (Double boiler works well.)
