Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Wash broccoli; drain.
    Trim stalks and split into spears.
    In a large pot, bring water to boiling and cook broccoli for 5 to 7 minutes until tender; drain.
    Place cooked stalks in greased casserole dish.
