English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans English peas, drained
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. cubed Colby cheese
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. celery salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. Blue cheese salad dressing (optional)
mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise as directed, using enough to mix well.
Serves 8.
